How we will source our products?
The product we offer can be installed by us personally, depending on what it is. Customers can also buy it in our physical store, or they can buy it digitally. We only sell our products in our city, and we can deliver them if the customer pays a small extra fee.
Where will we sell our products?
We will sell our products in our digital platform and physical store unless we need to install them. In case you buy a product that needs to be installed (such as fibre optic), we will check if we can install it, and then we will proceed with the installation of the product.
Return policy
If the product arrives defective or is not what you expected, you can come to the physical store with your digital or physical purchase receipt to request a refund or open a ticket via email to handle the case.
You have 21 days to return the product. Once returned, you can choose among a replacement with the same product in good condition, store credit for the amount spent, or a full refund to your account or cash if you returned it in store.
